Retail vending is for anyone who wants to sell food or retail goods. Vending opportunities are available. This does not include tables, chairs, or electricity. The City of Wilmington requires all vendors to have a food vendor permit. For food vendor permits, current or permanent call for Board of Health Certificate at 995-8650 ONLY.
